Jim brings more than 20 years of public accounting and auditing experience. He is a full-time management consultant and travels extensively throughout the country, while leading StoneBridge Business Partners. He has helped safeguard some of the largest Fortune 1000 companies from fraud and abuse and has assisted in the identification and recovery of tens of millions of dollars back to the affected parties.

His experience is mainly concentrated in health care distribution and franchised organizations. Jim has personally conducted over 400 field audits and has identified errors and irregularities, resolved various systemic problems and closed loopholes resulting in vast savings for his clients. He is also a court-recognized expert witness, a lecturer on varying subjects of fraud and forensic auditing, and has published over 20 articles in the past three years covering these topics.

Louis Camarella

Lou is one of the founding members of StoneBridge Business Partners.  Over the course of more than 30 years in the field, he has served a wide variety of businesses, organizations, and individuals assisting them with accounting and tax services, as well as business consulting on issues involving business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and bank financing. 

Mr. Camarella has been involved in hundreds of valuations and damage claim assessments, many of which involved business, shareholder or tax controversies, and M&A transactions.  Lou is also an accomplished expert witness who has defended his work product.

Jim works with the management of privately owned businesses and not for profit organizations. Part of his services are traditional accounting and tax-related, and include advice on how to address day-to-day issues. But clients also appreciate Jim’s assistance with challenges including business acquisition, expansion, financing, or the sale of the company. He is skilled in conducting due diligence when considering potential acquisitions; structuring and negotiating terms of a transaction and helping clients streamline processes to improve operational efficiencies.

Maureen Rutecki

Maureen is a manager with a primary focus on business valuation. She joined the firm in 1998 and has more than 13 years experience valuing closely held business interests across a broad range of industries. Her work includes valuing businesses for gift/estate tax purposes, shareholder buyouts, purchase/sale transactions, dissenting shareholder suits and other litigation matters.


Kurt J. Litzelfelner, ASA

Senior Manager

Kurt is a manager with a focus on business valuations. Since joining the firm in 2001, Kurt has performed numerous business valuations for a variety of purposes including estate planning, gift tax filings, S-Corporation election, marital dissolution, shareholder purchase/sale transactions and mergers & acquisitions. In his current role, Kurt also provides consulting services to middle-market businesses on issues involving mergers and acquisitions and commercial bank financing.


Jason L. Turrell, CPA

Senior Manager

Jason is a manager primarily working in the broad field of contract compliance auditing, with concentrated experience in healthcare auditing. He is a full-time management consultant and travels throughout the country wherever his clients have business relationships. With over 13 years of experience with StoneBridge, he has helped safeguard some of the world’s largest health care companies from fraud and abuse and has assisted in the identification and recovery of millions of dollars for his clients. Working on behalf of a broad range of manufacturers and group purchasing organizations, Jason has conducted hundreds of field audits, identifying errors, irregularities and systematic problems, and closing loopholes which have resulted in vast savings for his clients.


Thomas F. Niles, CIA, CPA

Senior Manager

Tom is a manager focused on business valuation, fraud and forensics and litigation services. Tom has more than eight years of public accounting and specialized auditing experience. Tom has assisted and/or led a number of forensic and fraud-related engagements and manages client relationships in the franchise and health care fields. His current focus is in the healthcare field, primarily in distribution, managed care and group purchasing audits.
