Louis J. Camarella, Jr., Managing Director
CPA, ABV/ASA, MBA

Lou is one of the founding members of StoneBridge Business Partners. Over the course of more than 25 years in the field, he has specialized in:

  • business valuation
  • cost segregation
  • forensic accounting
  • litigation support services

His valuation experience has proved valuable in many litigation matters. He has assisted bankruptcy courts in determining the value of a business for purposes of restructuring, sales to outside parties, contractual damage claims, analysis of financial agreements, or liquidation of the bankruptcy estate as well as accounting and assistance to creditors’ committees.

Lou spearheaded the firm’s involvement in cost segregation as a way to recover significant funds for clients. He is an accomplished expert witness.

Lou is:

  • a Certified Public Accountant
  • Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of CPAs
  • an Accredited Senior Appraiser, certified by the American Society of Appraisers

His additional affiliations include Financial Consulting Group (FCG) and CPAmerica International.

James K. Leisner, Director, Corporate Services
CPA

Jim has more than 20 years of public
accounting experience, including extensive management consulting work.

A founding member of StoneBridge Business Partners, he has been instrumental in developing robust audit programs for a number of Fortune 1000 companies.

His areas of expertise also include cost reduction studies and profit enhancement implementation.

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Accounting.

James I. Marasco, Director, Corporate Services
CPA, CFE, CIA

Jim brings more than 18 years of public accounting and auditing experience to client engagements.

He is a full-time management consultant who travels extensively to assist clients and also lectures on fraud and forensic accounting.

In addition to designing and implementing audit and compliance programs for franchisors and other Fortune 1000 companies, he has personally conducted more than 200 field audits.

His work has identified critical systematic problems and millions of reimbursement dollars owed to the affected organizations. Jim is also a court-recognized expert witness; lecturer on varying subjects of fraud and forensic auditing; and has published 18 articles in the past three years covering these topics.

Jim is a:

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Certified Fraud Examiner
  • Certified Internal Auditor

He graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Accounting. His affiliations include:

Terrence P. McNamara, Director
CPA, ABV/ASA

Terry has more than 20 years of public accounting experience, including extensive work in auditing.

He brings substantial leadership and expertise in business valuations to the StoneBridge Business Partners team.

He is also regarded as a litigation expert in various aspects of entity financial reporting and brings to client engagements a strong background in due diligence. He has participated in dozens of field audits throughout the United States and Mexico on behalf of clients.

Terry is:

  • a Certified Public Accountant
  • an Accredited Business Valuator, certified by the American Institute of CPAs
  • an Accredited Senior Appraiser, certified by the American Society of Appraisers

He graduated from St. John Fisher College with a BS in Accounting. His other affiliations include Financial Consulting Group (FCG) and CPAmerica International.
